How do I place an order?

What are my payment options?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are charged at the time of shipping. Your card will be charged at the time we ship your order, to ensure that we have your items in stock. We will contact you if your items are not available.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders placed with a “bill to” address in the state of Florida will be charged 7% sales tax.
How will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse for standard delivery. We are currently negotiating with the carriers, but we anticipate using FedEx Ground service.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes, you may select that option during shipping choices or e-mail customer care at email@example.com and we will work with you!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged based upon the size of your order.

$201.00 - $245.00 $15.00 for Ground service
$245.00 - up FREE Ground Shipping
When will my order ship?
All “Friends & Family” orders placed by January 8th will ship in late February. We will e-mail you when your order ships.
What is the return policy?
What if items are missing from my shipment or arrive damaged?
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If items are missing from your shipment, you must notify us within 5 days to receive replacement or refund.
All defective or damaged product claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. A return authorization is required and a call tag will be issued for return of the defective items.
Where are your items manufactured?
All items in the Katherine Way Collection are proudly made in the USA.
